Stress Management Through Sahaja Yoga Meditation

I am working in multinational company with handsome salary, good position, taking care of my food habit and doing the regular exercise, but well well … Still I am facing some issue like irritation, loss of interest in work, fatigue, muscle tension, headache etc. is that Stress? Or symptoms of stress?
